The Rhythms of the Past in the Present for the Future

We are presently seeking qualified and skilled presenters (minimum age of 21) to conduct our workshops. If you have expertise in a particular area of drumming and are interested in our festival, we would like to hear from you. Please send us your resume, 3 references and an outline of the specific presentation you will make.

This could be a wonderful opportunity for instructors, performers, schools or organizations to gain exposure, as well as, share their expertise with our festival participants.

If selected to conduct a workshop, you will be notified via phone or email and required to complete a registration form and return it to us along with all required fees within 3 weeks of your selection notification. All selected presenters will be given a 20% discount on the total fee amount shown on the registration form.

We are also seeking judges (minimum age of 21) for competition events and volunteers (minimun age or 16) for all other festival events. This is a great opportunity for drum enthusiasts to enjoy the festival at no cost to you! 

If you are interested, please complete and return the registration form, resume and three references to us. If selected you will be notified via email or phone and required to attend a 60-minute orientation session prior to the festival. 

As a judge or volunteer, you will have access to all festival events with the exception of the banquet. Banquet tickets will be available to judges and volunteers at a 20% reduced rate. Judges or volunteers may not serve as presenters or participate in competitions. Judges may not have any family, personal or professional relationships of any sort with any competition participants. Violations will result in the disqualification of the judge and competition participant.
